Mix the required amount of the powder with the he Oxiwell oxidizing emulsion (10, 20, 30 or 40 vol.) in a non-metallic bowl in the 1:2 proportion. Stir together until they are thoroughly combined. When the mixture is smooth, apply generously with a brush, starting at the roots where the hair is darker. Leave the product to develop for 30 to 50 minutes. After getting the desired shade, rinse the hair well with warm water and dry with a towel.
