This lightweight conditioner is designed for those with fine, volume-lacking hair. It thickens without weighing down, infuses hair with beneficial ingredients, and imparts shine. Thanks to the unique Oat Protein Complex™ technology—a blend of oat amino acids and hydrolyzed oat protein—hair becomes denser along its length and gains natural volume at the roots. Like all TM Joico products, it contains keratin and arginine, which restore hair structure. These, along with rosehip oil, are part of the Smart Release™ technology. The active ingredients—keratin, arginine, and rosehip oil—are encapsulated in a liposome. Advantages of liposomal delivery include better and longer preservation of ingredients, with liposomes remaining in the hair for up to three washes. They are invisible, weightless, and undetectable on the hair, creating no “barrier” and not weighing the hair down.
