Apply polish to the selected pattern on the plate. Quickly remove excess polish using a roller. Press the stamp onto the pattern on the plate. Vigorously transfer the design to the desired spot on the nail plate (the stamp is completely transparent, allowing you to see exactly where the design is being applied).
