Для принятия ванны: 4-7 капель, предварительно смешав с эмульгатором (морской или поваренной солью) в количестве 100-200 г. Для процедуры массажа: 3-7 капель на 15 г обычного масла. Для обогащения косметических средств: добавить 1-5 капель на 10 г крема или шампуня. Для уменьшения воспалительных процессов в ротовой полости и нейтрализации неприятного запаха изо рта вследствие нарушения пищеварения (полоскать ротовую полость после каждого приема пищи раствором из 1-3 капель масла, 5-10 мл спирта и 100 мл воды). Внимание: только для наружного применения. Перед применением важно проверить индивидуальную чувствительность организма к эфирному маслу. Для этого необходимо растворить 1 каплю эфирного масла в 1 чайной ложке растительного масла и нанести полученную смесь на кожу запястья или внутреннюю сторону локтевого сгиба. Если через 15-40 мин. на коже не появляется покраснение, не чувствуется жжение, зуд и другие признаки раздражения кожи, то эфирное масло можно использовать для наружного применения.
