Apply the lotion to dry skin using gentle circular motions. If needed, follow with sunscreen. Use daily in the morning and evening.

Use the mitt with or without the Smooth Body Scrub. For more intense exfoliation, use on dry skin; for gentler exfoliation, use on damp skin. Massage the skin with the mitt using gentle circular motions. You can moisten the skin with water during the process. Wash at 30°C before the first use and as needed, and let air dry.
