Apply a small amount of shower gel to your body, massage into your skin, and rinse off the lather with warm water.

Bath Salt – Martinelia Bath Crackers

Dissolve 100 g (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. For a more pronounced balneological effect, use up to 500 g per bath. Take baths with water temperature between 35-39°C for 10-20 minutes daily or every other day, following a course of 10-15 sessions.
