Changes in pigmentation are a growing concern worldwide, affecting over 90% of adults over the age of 50. Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment is a home-use cream primarily aimed at reducing and controlling acquired skin pigmentation defects of melanic origin, located on the face.
It is indicated for completing the depigmenting effect of the dermamelan method. Continuous use reduces spots and prevents their recurrence.
Soothing and Restoring Balm – Mesoestetic Melan Recovery Soothing and Restoring Balm
This intensive balm combats symptoms associated with irritation and redness, providing immediate relief.
A soothing and restorative balm that restores balance and comfort to the skin after external aggressions (sun exposure, waxing, shaving, friction) or after aesthetic medical procedures (peels, lasers, etc.) that may cause skin sensitization, discomfort, and/or redness. It reduces skin sensitivity and strengthens the skin’s defense system. Restores the skin barrier balance, providing comfort, elasticity, and softness.
Bisabolol: An ingredient derived from chamomile extract. It has soothing, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing properties. Well-tolerated by all skin types, even the most sensitive.

A very high sun protection for skin with pigment defects, tested at UVB 131 and 67 UVA, thus doubling the minimum protection required for 50+ photoprotectors. Helps regulate melanin synthesis, providing preventative action against blemishes. Its tinted texture provides a discreet natural tone. Waterproof.
Broad-spectrum photoprotective complex: protection against UVB + UVA radiation, visible light (HEV), and infrared light (IR). An optimal combination of physical, biological, and/or chemical filters to ensure maximum efficacy and cosmetic quality.

In-Clinic Phase. Once a healthcare professional has made the correct diagnosis, the procedure begins with the first session in a medical office. This involves the application of two synergistic professional masks that provide an intensive depigmenting effect. After the time specified by the professional, the patient takes the product home. The procedure is comfortable and fully compatible with daily life in the following days. Simply follow the instructions provided by the specialist conducting the procedure.

Home Care Phase. This phase lasts for 4 months and begins 48-72 hours after the in-clinic procedure. It involves the daily use of 3 complementary products that maintain the depigmenting effect and enhance the regulatory action to address the root causes of the problem, ensuring a more complete and lasting result.
Depigmenting Facial Cream – Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment Pigment Control

Apply approximately one pump of the dermamelan product to clean, dry skin twice a day (morning and evening). Also, apply the Melan Recovery generously three times a day (morning, midday, and evening) over the entire face, massaging until fully absorbed. Complete the routine by applying the mesoprotech melan 130 pigment control during daytime use (morning and midday).
Soothing and Restoring Balm – Mesoestetic Melan Recovery Soothing And Restoring Balm

Apply evenly to the skin and massage until fully absorbed.

Pigment Control Sunscreen – Mesoestetic Melan 130+ Pigment Control Mesoprotech

Apply a sufficient amount (2 mg/cm² of skin) half an hour before sun exposure on clean and dry skin. Reducing the amount of cream applied significantly lowers the level of sun protection. Reapply every 2 hours when exposed to direct sunlight, especially after towel drying, swimming, or excessive sweating. Reapplication is necessary to maintain protection and treatment effectiveness. When exposed to direct sunlight, wear sunglasses and a protective hat, and avoid peak sun hours (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM). For topical use. Shake well before use.
