Для ингаляций – 2-3 капли, длительность процедуры 5-7 мин. При заболевании органов дыхания хорошие результаты дают ингаляции смесью, состоящей из 1г лавандового, 2г соснового, 2г тимьянового, 4г эвкалиптового эфирных масел и 150 мл этилового спирта 90%. Для растирок — 7-9 капель на 15 мл базисного жирного растительного масла. Для массажа — 7-10 капель на 10 мл растительного масла. Для обогащения кремов, тоников — 4-5 капель на 5 мл основы. Уход за волосами – 5 капель масла на 10 г шампуня – ополаскивателя (основы). Спиртовой раствор для сауны: 5 капель на 10 мл 90% этилового спирта. 10 капель этого раствора на 10 л воды. В аромалампу — 4-7 капель масла на комнату площадью 15 м2. Можно ароматизировать помещение из пульверизатора, предварительно взбив несколько капель масла с водой. В ванну — 4-6 капель масла, предварительно смешанного с эмульгатором (1/4—1/3 стакана молока, сыворотки, раствора морской или кухонной соли).
