CHI Developer offers exceptional conditioning properties and hair protection while also providing hydration for dry and sensitive scalps. This bonding agent has a low molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate deeply into the hair cortex, forming a protective framework between amino acids on the surface and inside the hair, thereby strengthening the keratin structure of the hair.
CHI Developers are designed to work in harmony with CHI Lightening and Hair Color lines to achieve outstanding coloring results.
