Thoroughly wash and dry your hands. Remove any old nail polish using an acetone-based remover. Trim your natural nails. Use a wooden stick to gently push back the cuticles and remove the thin film (pterygium) under the cuticles from the nail plates. Lightly buff the surface of your nails with a soft buffer until they are matte. Select the appropriate size of the artificial nail for each finger and arrange them in order.
