The ThermaCare Neck and Shoulder Thermal Patch is a product designed to alleviate pain through the application of heat. It enhances blood circulation and accelerates the healing process. The thermal patch provides a soothing warmth to the neck or shoulder area. It offers 16 hours of relief, with 8 hours of effective heating followed by sustained warmth. The patch’s design allows for targeted placement of heat elements on areas needing pain relief. Its optimally large adhesive surface ensures easy adjustment on the skin.

Ensure the skin where you apply the patch is clean, dry, and free from any recent makeup, moisturizer, or lotions. Place the patch flat on the skin. Make sure the darker thermal elements are facing the skin. Adjust the position to securely “lock” it by attaching the Velcro® strap to the elastic band, but do not overtighten. Warning:Open the protective pouch only when using ThermaCare. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature. If you are 55 years or older, use ThermaCare over clothing and do not apply it directly to the skin. Do not use on areas with bruises or swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours, or on parts of the body where heat is not felt. Do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arms or armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, back of the knees, feet, or toes. Do not use on damaged or open wounds. Do not use for children, infants, or the elderly. Discontinue use if you experience excessive heat, swelling, rash, or other persistent skin changes. This product may cause burns or blisters. In case of irritation or burns, remove the product immediately. Each thermal element contains iron (2 grams). If accidentally ingested, seek medical advice. If it comes into contact with skin or eyes, remove the band, rinse thoroughly with water, and seek medical attention immediately. Avoid heating the product by any means (e.g., in a microwave) or attempting to heat it, as the product may ignite. Remove this product before undergoing an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
