However, it is important to understand that an oil is a highly concentrated substance, an essence. They should be used cautiously, in accordance with recommendations – then we can enjoy their wonderful properties. Otherwise, it may lead to skin irritation and even burns! Natural bergamot essential oil has a relaxing and stress-relieving effect, improves mood and soothes. When used during a massage, it enhances blood circulation and warms, promoting skin care. It is especially recommended for acne and oily skin. Natural bergamot essential oil is 100% natural, meaning it is a plant extract from the fruit of the bergamot (bitter orange). Bergamot oil is derived from the fruit of the bergamot tree. It is an excellent strengthening oil.

Bath: Use 10-15 drops for bathing. Simply add the oil to the stream of running water as you fill the bathtub to ensure it mixes evenly.

Massage: Use up to 5 drops per tablespoon of massage oil (you can use one of our natural oils available in the store).

Aromatherapy: Use a few drops of essential oil in an aromatherapy diffuser and enjoy the unique fragrance.

House Cleaning: Add a few drops to the water you use for mopping the floor to give your home an extraordinary scent.
