Use one scoop of salt, either regular table salt or sea salt (NaCl).
Fill with water.
The pitcher should be completely filled with body-temperature water (approximately 37°C) and dissolve the salt in it. The water should be clean and drinkable.
For nasal rinsing, slightly tilt your head forward so the water can freely flow from one nostril to the other.
Gently blow out any remaining water from your nose. This will result in a clean nose and a feeling of well-being.
