As the name suggests, used at the very start of a gel nail manicure, nail primer is designed to prime nails for a well-groomed look. It removes any remaining oils and grease on the nail plate, which can otherwise lead to a base coat not adhering to the nail. It also prevents the creation of any air bubbles for better adherence.

Silcare Base One Primer + Vitamins features a formula packed full of oil-based vitamins, which do not affect adhesion, one of the key properties of such products. Therefore, it can be safely used even on severely damaged nail plates.
