First, apply a colored UV gel or semi-permanent nail polish, then cure it. Next, apply the UV and LED glossy chrome effect nail polish and catalyst. You can also use Xtra Gloss and Flexi’Gloss. Then, apply the pigments to the nail surface and vigorously rub them in using a foam makeup applicator. Finally, apply the top coat and cure it.
