First, apply a colored UV gel or semi-permanent nail polish and cure it. Then, apply a UV and LED chrome-effect glossy nail polish along with a catalyst. You can also use it with Xtra Gloss and Flexi’Gloss. Next, apply the pigments onto the nail surface and vigorously rub them in using a foam makeup applicator. Finally, apply the top coat and catalyst.
