Memo Paris, a French niche perfume brand, began releasing its exclusive fragrances relatively recently in 2007, and since then, it has consistently enjoyed popularity among true connoisseurs. Each perfume composition carries its own unique idea and legend. The fragrance Kedu, created in 2014 by the talented perfumer Alienor Massenet, is dedicated to the namesake valley in exotic Indonesia, home to a magical volcano. At least, that’s how the locals perceive it. By throwing a sesame seed into the crater, they believe they are cleansing themselves of sins.

The note of these fragrant seeds is one of the main elements in this new eau de parfum. As you inhale the scent, you are immediately transported to a citrus carnival of neroli, mandarin, and bitter grapefruit. An exotic garden invites you to stroll among flower beds with blooming white freesia, rose bushes, and lush peonies. The air is filled with the aroma of freshly brewed Paraguayan mate, and spicy oak moss grows on the trees. A sensual hint of musk makes the composition incredibly alluring, and its ability to play differently on women’s and men’s skin allows Memo Kedu to enhance the perfume collection of a sophisticated lady or a modern gentleman.

A TESTER is a demonstration version of the fragrance provided by manufacturers with a batch of products for promotional purposes at the point of sale. Please note that there are no differences in the quality or longevity of the fragrance between a tester and the retail version! The only difference is that since testers are produced for advertising purposes, the manufacturer does not pay as much attention to their packaging: they are offered in what is known as technical packaging (a simple cardboard box, different from the one used for retail bottles) and often do not come with a cap. This is why testers are significantly more affordable.
