The “Shoku” Matchawan is handcrafted on a potter’s wheel from gray clay with a slight addition of chamotte and glaze, crafted in accordance with centuries-old Japanese tradition. It is part of the limited edition KOOE for MOYA series, produced by the Krakow-based ceramic studio KOOE. The pieces in this series are distinguished not only by their beautiful forms but also by their exceptional durability, thanks to high-temperature firing. Each Matchawan in this series is unique, so its appearance and size may slightly vary from the one shown in the photograph.
