Gently massage or wash your skin using soft movements, starting from your hands and feet and moving towards your heart. Initially, your skin might turn slightly pink, but over time, you can increase the brush pressure.

Each session should last 5-10 minutes daily, and you’ll notice the first results after a few treatments.
