Add the desired amount of bath salt to warm water and allow it to dissolve. We recommend using 5 level tablespoons for a full bath, with an optimal bathing time of 10-20 minutes and a water temperature of approximately 37°C (98.6°F). One package is sufficient for 5 full baths. After bathing, rinse the tub with clean water to prevent any residue.
