According to Ayurveda, Kapha is composed of two elements – earth and water. It is heavy, slow, cool, slippery, smooth, gentle, dense, stable, and cloudy. KAPHA provides the structure and strength of the body; it gives the necessary consistency to maintain a specific form.

Performing an invigorating massage with Lafa massage oil warms the body, boosts vitality, and imparts a sense of lightness.

For best results, use warm oil. Apply the oil to the entire body, massaging until it is fully absorbed. In Ayurveda, it is recommended to apply body oil (known as Abhyanga) daily before a shower or bath. Massaging the feet in the evening can improve sleep quality.
