The ingredients used are high-quality raw materials intended for artisanal production techniques. These “smokeless” Japanese incense sticks emit very little smoke thanks to innovative technology. This special formula is ideal for sensitive individuals. These incenses, produced in Awaji, Japan, are the result of extensive research to reduce smoke emissions. Why aren’t these incenses labeled as “100% natural”? Where applicable, we ensure that the 2–3% of artificial fragrances or colorants added in some recipes do not pose any health or wellness issues in the context of our use. We carefully select these components, excluding those that might pose a potential threat. In this category of incense, their positive impact should be objectively considered due to the 97-98% natural aromatic ingredients in their formulation. The 2-3% synthetic ingredients, chosen for safety reasons, behave neutrally.
