Initially, the collection comprised three scents, but in 2011, inspired by the beauty of nature amidst the metropolis, Jean-Claude Ellena created Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Toit. Interestingly, its prototype is a specific garden—a green oasis on the rooftop of Hermes’ central office. This exquisite fruity chypre bouquet has a rather modest composition, which in no way diminishes the grandeur of the fragrance. The opening note is entirely dedicated to the freshness of green grass.
