– Clean your nails and gently push back the cuticles using the included orange stick.

– Select a size that closely matches your nail plate.

– After removing the foil, apply the gel to the nail without touching the cuticle, and secure the edges with the marker.

– Cure under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.

– Trim any excess gel with manicure scissors until it is even with the nail, then remove any remaining excess gel flush with the nail. Position the file horizontally along the nail contour, using broad strokes to gently file the nail edge.
