– Select a size that closely matches your nail plate.

– Cure under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.

– Trim any excess gel with manicure scissors until it is even with the nail, then remove any remaining excess gel flush with the nail. Hold the file horizontally along the nail contour, using broad strokes to gently file the nail edge.
