Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to your bath, first mixing it with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, or a solution of sea or table salt).

For massage, use 6-7 drops per 10 ml of a base vegetable oil.

For rubs, mix 10 drops of oil with 10 g of a fatty base.

To enrich creams and tonics, add 4-6 drops per 5 ml of base.

In an aroma lamp or inhaler, use 4-5 drops (suitable for daily use).
