The 217 Smudge brush is crafted from a blend of fine synthetic fibers and goat bristles, combining delicacy and precision in application. The Brush 217 features a small, round head with short, fairly dense bristles, making it perfect for softly applying eyeshadow along the lower lash line. It can also be used for highlighting the inner corner of the eye and brightening the area beneath the eyebrow.
