Inhalation – add between 2 to 8 drops of 100% essential oil to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on its intensity and the size of the room, or apply a few drops to a tissue and inhale the fragrance directly. Massage – create your own body and massage oil by mixing 7 to 25 drops of 100% essential oils with 50 ml of a carrier oil. Bath – mix 3 to 10 drops in a carrier base such as 1 dl milk, a teaspoon of honey, or vegetable oil, and add to your bath. Do not use undiluted on the skin, protect your eyes, and keep out of reach of children.
