The founders of the brand D.S. & Durga have always been enamored with tuberose. For Kavi Moltz, this fragrance is reminiscent of her early trips to Delhi, where her uncle would place fresh flowers by her bedside every day. For David Moltz, it became a true perfumery obsession. For years, he endeavored to create a scent that smelled not like “tuberose perfume,” but like the living flower itself—creamy, green, moist, with intriguing natural nuances of earth, mushrooms, tea leaves, and cool petals. This is how the Durga eau de parfum was born. It became part of the brand’s “golden” collection, which features a vast array of rare natural materials. This fragrance contains a record dose of tuberose absolute, complemented by other luxurious floral absolutes: jasmine sambac, ylang-ylang, orange blossom, iris, and chrysanthemum.
