Смочите руки водой, нанесите на них достаточно мыла. Потрите одну ладонь о другую. Правой ладонью разотрите тыльную часть левой руки, переплетя пальцы, и наоборот. Снова потрите одну ладонь о другую, но переплетя пальцы. Потрите большой палец левой руки вращательным движением, обхватив его правой ладонью, и наоборот. Круговым движением вперед-назад потрите левую ладонь кончиками соединенных пальцев и наоборот. Ополосните руки водой. Продолжительность всей процедуры — 40–60 секунд.
