Поместите менструальную чашу в  контейнер для стерилизации и наполните его на 2/3 чистой водой. Не заполняйте  стерилизационный контейнер полностью. Менструальную чашу не обязательно полностью погружать в воду, она может плавать в воде — пар стерилизует всю чашу.

Поместите  емкость (сначала не закрывающуюся) в микроволновую печь и включите устройство. Следите за контейнером, чтобы убедиться, что вы правильно установили мощность нагрева и время – вода в контейнере должна начать кипеть. В большинстве случаев это будет средняя мощность нагрева и время 3-5 минут.

Никогда не закрывайте емкость плотно, чтобы при закипании воды мог выходить пар.

Будьте осторожны при извлечении контейнера, так как существует риск ожога! Вы можете оставить  контейнер  для стерилизации в микроволновой печи, чтобы он остыл.
