This blinc formula is water-resistant and will not flake, smudge or clump, even if you apply multiple layers. Unlike other waterproof mascaras, you do not need a harsh makeup remover or excessive scrubbing to remove this formula. The tubes slide off with just a little bit of water and light pressure.
