A wonderful blend of flowers, herbs, and sea salt combined with active ingredients derived from birch, lemon balm, sage, calendula, and citric acid provides a refreshing and invigorating effect on the skin and body. The mineral-rich sea salt supplies moisture to the skin, balances its pH levels, and protects it from dehydration. The essential oils of lemon and lemon balm offer a refreshing impact on the senses.

The botanical ingredients release their aromas and active components within a few minutes. Place approximately 50–100 g of the aromatic bath under warm running water and allow the flowers, herbs, and oils to infuse for several minutes. If you prefer a bath without the flowers, simply fill a cotton sachet with the aromatic bath and place it in the bathwater. The recommended water temperature is 35–38°C, and the suggested bathing time is about 25–30 minutes.
