A wonderful blend of flowers, herbs, and sea salt, combined with active ingredients derived from birch, lemon balm, sage, calendula, and citric acid, provides a refreshing and invigorating effect on the skin and body. The mineral-rich sea salt nourishes the skin with moisture, balances its pH levels, and protects against dehydration. Essential oils of lemon and lemon balm offer a revitalizing experience for the senses.

The plant-based ingredients release their fragrances and active components within a few minutes. Place approximately 50–100 g of the aromatic bath under running warm water and allow the flowers, herbs, and oils to infuse for several minutes. If you prefer a bath without loose flowers, simply fill the aromatic bath into a cotton bag and place it in the bath water. The recommended water temperature is 35–38 °C, and the suggested bathing time is about 25–30 minutes.
