Maintain a 1:1 ratio. For application on the face, prepare 2 scoops of powder and 2 scoops of water. If applying to the face, eyes, or lips, use 3 scoops of powder and 3 scoops of water. First, pour the water into a bowl, then add the powder. Stir vigorously until you achieve a smooth consistency.
